The most diverse materials can be joined together with adhesives. The addition of liquids as binders assembles the various elements without creating weld seams, drilling holes, using screws or other ancillary material. This argument is a major advantage for lightweight construction.
The different adhesives must adhere to various surface structures. In addition, the binder is often exposed to high temperature variations, which it must withstand. Process analysis means the analysis of procedures and processes, for example, to identify existing defects or weaknesses in the product line. Following this, the production process can be optimized. Our software supports the work process by analyzing the goods in realtime, classifying them by properties, and providing information (for example, good or bad) via a protocol.

The material properties or material differences that appear in the hyperspectral analysis are visualized on the right. This picture shows the ability of the software to assign the objects into specific groups. With this method the different substances can be identified and classified in a fast way.
